Workspace is a powerful Microsoft Windows® and Mac OSX - based software application that enhances individual, group or enterprise productivity and collaboration. InterWrite enables users to annotate—using digital ink—directly over any screen image by selecting a pen from the floating customizable tool bar. Important information can be highlighted, and students and meeting attendees can interact or collaborate with the presentation - with up to 7 InterWrite products at once! The lessons and documents can then be easily saved and printed, or e-mailed to absent students or meeting contributors.
An image gallery filled with backgrounds like clock faces, music paper, logarithm graph paper, and sports fields (over 40 different backgrounds included with InterWrite - more can easily be imported) and pictures (over 1000 images are included - with categories like Science, Maps, Animals, etc) helps create an applicable and dynamic presentation.

Engineering Mark-Up/Design Reviews
Annotate, over 2D or 3D models generated from any Computer Aided Design (CAD) application running concurrently.
A sequence of images generated at the meeting can be created, saved, viewed, printed and subsequently e-mailed.
Since the images are saved in a self-executing file, meeting participants, suppliers and other outside business partners can now all be on the same page, even if they don't have InterWrite. |

Brainstorming
Blank note pages can be created for idea generation and note taking in up to 16 different colors.
Note pages can be combined with other annotated materials generated from the Web, spreadsheets or any other applications.
The integrated viewer allows previous material to be accessed and scrolled through so all content is immediately available to the group for review and updating in real-time. |

Presentations
Annotate and highlight on top of a slide show presentation created using a presentation application such as PowerPoint®.
Each of these annotations can be saved, along with the underlying image, with a single menu selection.
Blank notes pages can be dynamically created and integrated in the presentation at any time using InterWrite, allowing presenters and educators to explain a concept or take down action items without affecting the flow of the presentation. |
